    It works for only for 4 hours then i wake back up and don't fall sleep im awake trying to fall back sleep very ineffective.

    This drug is different from Ambien and Lunesta in that it doesn't make you feel sleepy quickly after taking your dose. It starts to work in about an hour, and if you eat before taking it can take longer to kick in. The biggest problem with this med for me is the dreams.     Sonata has worked extremely well for me. I have had sleep problems periodically for my entire life. I usually fall asleep easily, but during stressful times, I tend to wake up at 3:00 a.m. without being able to fall back to sleep.     does not put me to to sleep. I just there on my side trying to sleep, i roll too the other side and there is no difference a get i get a severe on my left femur, today I fell down when I put mt weight on the left. i am being very agitated over the simplest water the the lawn , making Brownie, tpying
