I have taken 15 Emgality injections - one per month. One through 13 injections were a miracle. I felt the best ever. Shot 14 and 15 I have experienced migraine symptoms again. Mostly lightheadedness type migraines with mild headache. I am not sure what is happening with Emgality. I am in contact with my neurologist who prescribed Emgality and we are monitoring. This really works for migraines. Also helped immensely with my sinus headaches. After the 2nd shot I had severe itching that has now spread over my entire body. It came on slowly

I got ringing in my ears, extreme stomach pain and acid reflux. My whole mouth felt like I burned it for 2 weeks. It did help my migraines but the side effects are too much to consider staying on it. Also felt very anxious the first few days after injection.

I've only had my first dose and already have noticed a positive change in my migraine pattern. Less migraines and intensity.the only noticeable side effect is the constipation, accompanied by gas and bloating. A minor set back but so far worth the outcome. I look forward to continuing this product and hope my body will adjust and get better results
