Menopause....I have taken this product 2 in the morning and 2 at night for over 15 years. No side effects except GREAT ones. Like no mood swings, no night sweats, better sleep at night, and most of all I am evenly good natured. Love this stuff!

I started to get very light headed. I seem to feel that I was on some kind of hard narcotic. This made me sick at my stomach. Also, I started experiencing fast heart beats at times. This may work for some but this was not for me. Your body chemistry may have a different effect. I will not take the herb again.
