I have been taking astragalus for several years. I am a school teacher, and while I have built up a pretty good immunity after nearly twenty years, I was still catching colds, lung infections, etc. I take astragalus morning and night. I have seen a tremendous reduction in bacterial and viral illnesses. Very happy!
