I started using this topical at the end of July. In the beginning my face was extremely red, and excessive peeling, nothing I have ever had before. I was breaking out due to hormones and wearing the mask around my face. It took months, I started with smaller zits then huge cystic pimples, three at a time on my lower half of my face. I've had cystic acne for years. I've been taking Spironolactone 50 mg twice a day and in the past used Oxexton and RetinA Micro. I was breaking out do my dermatologist suggested I try Aklief and 3 weeks in - today is the first day I can think of in history where I have zero zits!! Nothing!
