My appligraf went well, I had a below the knee amputation and didn't have enough skin to close it, thus the appligraf. however it is still sot of like sheding or building up like a callus in that spot. It has been 4 months sense the application

Due to the compression products adjusting down my leg, I now have several new sores above the location of the apligraf. The constant friction of the movement created these wounds. The wrap limits my mobility. I am now attempting with my doctors approval, using a compression stocking to keep the apligraf protected and secured. I hope this will allow my leg to heal without anymore friction sores.
