I've been on Xulane since I was 16/17 and I am almost 25. I loved it and after the chaos of the new one, i know just how good Xulane is. It was effective and it never slid off. I am active so my body gets sweaty and it did an amazing job staying on. Now Zafemy is terrible, since it was cheaper my insurance automatically switched over. I’ve been on Xulane for the past 5-6 years. I’ve never had a Xulane patch come off like this brand does. Pharmacy randomly gave me this off brand & it’s HORRIBLE. Couldn’t even last a shower before sliding right off. Im immediately going to request for Xulane patches again. I could tell that these patches weren’t going to work the second I opened them. The patches

The first month of using zafemy i had heavy clotting during my cycle. The second month i was bloated alot and didn’t get my cycle. The third month my cycle was back to how it was when i was using xulane. My advice is to just give your body time to get used to a new birth control. I never had a problem with my patches falling off neither wen in the shower, sweating, or heat.
