With in 3 days this med works to give at least a 75% reduction in sypmtoms assoc. w/ GERD. No noticible side effects. I take it for approx 10 days until feeling better and then again if/when GERD becomes unmanageable. This does not work like an antacid giving instant releif.

This is the ONLY medication that has properly addressed my acid reflux issues, especially the endless nagging cough and throat clearing. I tried several others (Nexium, Prilosec, etc)and had to fight with my insurance company to get this more expensive drug approved. This may work for yo where other treatments have failed

Trying to control morning nausea. So far I have not noticed much difference. Eliminated other medications that could have been the cause.
