    Comment:
Yes it causes the pupil to dilate...but the product clearly states this as an expected side effect. These drops stopped the itching and the swelling that came with the itching. I can deal with a dilated pupil if the medicine makes me want to stop tearing my eyeball out due to this rediculous pollen. I don't feel comfortable using it very often...only for a high pollen day.

    Comment:
Visine A : dilated left pupil only. Left pupil was twice as large as right. A warning on the product in letters large enough to read would have been helpful. ER visit not knowing this could be an adverse reaction to using Visine. Needless to say I am not impressed with product or warnings

Within 45 min of 1 dropin one eye for slight allergy eye dialated very large and did not respond to light. Had very blurred vision. Pain behind the eye like pressure. Sensitive to light. Eye stayed dialated for 9 hours, blurred vision 12 hrs. Should have these side effects on the bottle.
