I was prescribed this medicine for nerve pain and muscle spasms, along with my depression. Cymbalta did not seemed to b be working anymore but after taking this medicine I experienced hand swelling, hallucinations, sleeping for about 15 hours and had terrible nightmares. Gained about 5 lb in one week and I did not have an appetite. Worst experience ever.

So this is why I am gainning weight. I'm taking Pamelor for migraines. I have daily headaches and Pamelor decreased the amount of pain medicine I take a little. Yes, I have days that I take less pain meds but most days it is the same. About 15% decrease. I don't like the trade off of the weight gain. Strange dreams, cotton mouth, takes longer to get going in the morning.
