I had a hysterectomy two years ago and was on HRT and had to stop because of varicose veins. I have been looking for something to ease the hot flashes and my doctor suggested soy products. They have not been effective for me- the hot flashes used to come every 45 minutes and last for 2-3 minutes.Now after 3 months of soy therapy they are every hour and a half and last for 5-8 minutes!!! I was having hot flushes throughout the day and night which was leaving me exhaused and not knowing what to wear when I was going out. It was awful. I researched Soya Isoflavins and ordered them online. Within 2 weeks I noticed the difference (and so did my husband). I honestly cant remember when I had my last flush.
