I've been using this product for 2 months to relieve painful intercourse and it is wonderful! I was wary after reading the many complaints, especially about migraines (I suffered painful headaches like clockwork each month before I reached menopause) but I haven't had any unpleasant side-effects whatsoever. I am 66 years old and taking the drug for vaginal dryness. It has had almost no effect even though I've been taking for about a year. I haven't noticed any side effects. Using Replens a few times a week and an hour or so before sex has offered relief.

Dryness and hot flashes gone, but I have sore and swollen breasts. Now taking 1 a week. I am going down to 1 every two weeks and will see if that will be okay. If not I will change to 1 every 10 days.

I have vaginal atrophy after a complete hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Vagifem was easy to use, and I had no side effects, but I was on it for over a year and it did nothing at all for me. There was still no moisture and intercourse is still painful. I've gone back to my gyno to try something else.
