I started out taking Prempro and was experiencing various side effects from that particular drug. Activella has been a very acceptable alternative. I had experienced severe hot flashes, mood swings and vaginal dryness. I feel mostly normal now.

usually after 6 wks x 3 of antidepressants to help control hot flashes didn't work I was ready to take HRT. This med has been great for the hot flashes, but now I am having a period again, and that stinks!
