I get very painful periods, bloating, lower back pain and intense cramps that keep me from sleeping and had previously kept me in bed all day. Pamprin Multi-Symptom is the only thing that has worked for me. On mild symptom days I'm free of pain, and on intense days I am still able to work a full day.
