I use glucerna for my diet because I'm unable to swallow I haven't had too many problems withn it the main thing I noticed iis it elevates my bloodsugar greatly and caused weight gain

Be careful with this shake. For me it has caused uncontrollable bowel movements with no warning. I can't even leave the house or get too far away from the bathroom. 2 mishaps yesterday and 1 so far today.
