These are great except they give me horrible gas, my stomach lurches and makes terrible sounds the rest of the day! I had same reaction to another low carb bar once, must have same ingredient. Except for that side effect, these are fine and come in handy. But beware the gas!!!

I started taking Glucerna bars and shakes and inmediately started having stomach problems, like diarrea and heavy gas, which was very uncomfortable. I read online and some people experiment these side effects, so I stopped taking them.
