I am very happy with this pill. I was a little emotional the first few months, but I have been using it for about 7 months and I'm doing great. I have had no spotting, my periods are regular and light, however, they are not any shorter. My skin is clearer, I cramp less, as birth control it has worked perfectly. I like that if you miss a pill you are still covered and because it is a generic br

I just started nortrel about two weeks ago the first 5 days I was on my period and I've been spotting since. 12 days of bleeding is not fun. I've had no mood swings, no bloating, no cramping. My period was much lighter. I have had a decrease in appetite and no weight gain. Great pill for BC

Since starting Nortrel, my periods are VERY light and last maybe 36 hours at most; usually I go through only 2-3 tampons. Not sure if that is a normal behavior while taking Nortrel, but is HAS worked as birth control (along with condoms) and I rarely have any painful cramps and never any spotting/moodiness, etc.
