A great little white pill to take when traveling, especially overseas or on a cruise. The only thing I have taken that works 100% and quickly.

I had a reaction to antibiotics and in response received e-coli and was hospitalized. I was prescribed this to take home and it works great. I also need to take it periodically when needed.

ONE DOSE IS USUALLY ALL THAT IS NEEDED-BOTH MY MOTHER AND I USE IT WHEN NEEDED-PERHAPS ONE DAY IT COULD BECOME AN OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATION.

I had diarrhea for 4 straight days. The doctor first told me to use Pepto and sent me home; after 3 days of it not working, the doctor put me on this medication and the diarrhea stopped almost immediately after taking the first dose. It has also helped me to sleep instead of being up every 20-30 minutes throughout the night with diarrhea.

I had extreme cramping and gas pain with my diarrhea. This medication immediately eased the pain, bloating and fullness. Calming things down helped get me back to gradually eating a bland diet at first, then to normal bowel movements.
