I have IBS and had diarrhea with extreme pain nearly everyday. This has done wonders for me sine the very first dose. I strongly suggest talking to your doctor about this medication if you have pain or diarrhea promi

I use this medication on an "as needed" basis for IBS symptoms. This medication has allowed me to continue to hold down a job and to be able to go out in public without the concern of having to constantly run to the bathroom. I could not funtion without this medication!
