    Has helped me immensely through a very tough period in my life. Has a calming stabilizing effect. Does tend to suppress the sex drive a bit and it takes some motivation to get going sometimes. But overall it has been a positive

    I was on 20MG of Paxil for 6 months. I started it knowing it was a temporary situation and it helped me immensely. I didn't have the trouble sleeping that some did while on Paxil. It helped me to be on a more even keel while I figured out what the problem was. I stepped myself down with the help of my pharmacist and Dr and stopped it altogether.     I love how Paxil CR has worked for me. It has taken my anxiety down so much that I am able to do things and not be so terrified. The main problem that I have with it is that I have gained about 20 or more pounds since I have been taking it. I have always been small to average size and now I weigh 145 and feel very over weight and miserable. I am going to change to Wellbutrin or some other type ... Show Full Comment
