I too take this for diarrhea after having my gallbladder removed. I hate the texture of it and have since made pills from it. I ordered empty 00 gelatin capsules and a capsule maker and make a bunch at once. 12 capsules are a dose but I've found I can take less depending on the type of food I'm planning on eating. I was also put on this after my gallbladder was removed (7 months later and after losing nearly 50lbs) they finally recommended this, after I tried many others.
