I had a colonoscopy and the Dr. used this drug, even though it was effective and I woke of fine, I had an allergic reaction 2 hours later with high fever and body ache. I have had 4 other surgeries with other anesthesia and had never ever had a reaction. It was quite scary. Fever lasted for 24 hours.

Although very painful at injection site I passed out quickly and awoke quickly without getting sick. Headache followed later with muscle weakness. Will use again for further procedures.

my pain mgnt. Dr. uses it so that he can do lower back injections to control my pain due to a serious back injury. I wake up with no side effects and can walk out of the same day surgery unit. After this procedure is done I get the first good nights sleep for a long time.
