    something horrible happened. i went for a routine outpatient colonoscopy. just before that i collapsed and almost died from acute renal failure. the " go-lightly " poisoned me, which was unprecedented according to all my doctors. we have recently cancelled the trip of a lifetime at huge financial cost. i am on dialysis 3 x a week. BEWARE>

    I received instructions from Mayo to follow their instructions and not the instructions on the package. I'm glad I did, it was smooth sailing. My procedure is Friday. I did not eat anything solid on Wednesday or Thursday - and my Thursday night prep is no problem. I drank it at room temp and did not get cold, no nausea, and clear (yellow) water within 3 hours.     I have had to take this on two different occasions. The first one was from being backed up and constipation. It certainly worked. The next time was before a colonoscopy. It did not come with a flavor packet and I didn't realize you could put Crystal Lite in it. Wow, all I can say is get some Crystal Lite and chill well.     I was freezing while drinking this stuff - took many hot showers to warm up. Also have edema and light headedness.
