I started taking 2mg a day about a year ago. It started out ok, but then it's effectivness seemed to wane. Dosage was increased to 4mg at my one year checkup and results were much improved. No more urgency, weak stream, etc. BUT, and here's my problem, after about 3 months, sympthoms are all back. It seems like I build up an immunity to it. No side effects at all.
