purchased a package of 4 0.5fl oz. Refresh Tears from BJ’s earlier this year. Lot # 10021 exp. Nov 2022. I had two bottles opened as one of the bottles stopped allowing the droplet to come out in to my eye. To my horror, it appears like a large ant, spider or black mold was inside the bottle.

My eyes started being dry more recently. when I wake in the morning my eyes are red and scratchy. I immediately drop one drop in each eye when I wake and it helps so much. im very happy with Refresh Tears.

Tears apparently has changed contents (i.e.,seems to be a heavier viscosity than before on the yellow tab). I am having problems with this liquid in not spreading a film but rather leaving a partial film resulting in impared vision.
