    purchased a package of 4 0.5fl oz. Refresh Tears from BJ’s earlier this year. Lot # 10021 exp. Nov 2022. I had two bottles opened as one of the bottles stopped allowing the droplet to come out in to my eye. Yesterday, I decided to open up both tops of the bottles and transfer the plugged one into the one bottle that worked. I noticed in the transfer a black object and poured it out on a tissue. T ...     My eyes started being dry more recently. when I wake in the morning my eyes are red and scratchy. I immediately drop one drop in each eye when I wake and it helps so much. im very happy with Refresh Tears.

    It lubricates but does not ease the pain and redness of the eyes.

    Tears apparently has changed contents (i.e.,seems to be a heavier viscosity than before on the yellow tab). I am having problems with this liquid in not spreading a film but rather leaving a partial film resulting in impared vision.
