I had terrible cramps in hamstring muscle for entire summer, even went to phys therapy 3 days a week, to no avail. Had MagOx in my medicine cabinet and decided to give it a try for this. In two weeks, the leg cramp had totally disappeared! I give this product and the Good Lord for leading me to it, total credit!!!

After a case of severe case of food poisoning I experienced shaking of muscles throughout the body. After a blood test I was given an IV injection of magnesium and put on MagOX of 400mg pill daily and symptoms cleared up within 3 days with no side effects. Returning to a normal diet within a week and blood levels became normal. Stopped taking medication after 2 weeks.
