I started taking this diet pill on June 14th and have lost 22 pounds so far. It does help with appetite control and gives you energy but you must still workout for the best results. I can tell a difference from when I was working out 4-5 days a week vs 2 days a week. I think the biggest thing I enjoy most about this pill is that it takes away that 2 pm sweet/salty urge i would get daily while a ... Show Full Comment

I started this prescription on June 20th and since then I have lost 17 lbs in a little over a month. You have to make sure your at least burning more calories than you consume each day or you won't have good results. Initially it gave me alot of extra energy but now I dont have the extra energy. (Could be increase in workload too though) Also I don't get hungry at all on this so i have to ... Show Full Comment

This medication is a true 'miracle drug'. It helped me lose 103 lbs. It gives you energy and the most POSITIVE feeling about life, in general. This should be prescribed for depressed people, because it just gives you a happy feeling and makes you feel that ANYTHING is possible. I cannot say enough good things about Phentermine! I never thought about cheating or bingeing when I was on it an ... Show Full Comment

I've lost 2 pounds in one month. I can do that with diet and exercise alone. I have not experienced any side affects. The reason I continue to take this pill is basically mental. I was previously exercising, but couldn't really stick to a diet. I believed this pill could help, so I worked hard to diet to get the most benefit from the medication. The pill isn't helping me loss wei ... Show Full Comment

Initial side affects lasted about 3 days..like a sudden kick of caffeine to your system. Must work OUT! Much greater results with a workout and a good diet. Workouts became much easier with increased energy and loss of weight.I also did low carb. diet. Weight loss of 2 lbs.-4 lbs. per week and I was way more active and ate way less. I began at 207 wearing a size 14 March and early July I am 170 lb ... Show Full Comment
