First 30 days of taking and I have dropped 15 pounds so far. I do watch and count calories to assure that I am not over eating. Not a miracle drug, but it does help.

After two back-to-back pregnancies that put 60 lbs on me and no results no matter how hard I worked out and dieted, my doctor prescribed me 37.5. I used this product for one month and dropped from 207 down to 170 (37 lbs in a month.) I did experience slight insomnia and dry mouth, but it was well worth it for the results.
