I started on 8/9/18 weighing in at 213lbs and I am 5'6. As of today 10/31/18, I now weigh 182lbs. I have lost a total of 31 lbs. I do not eat as much anymore. I have not exercised since I've started taking this medication. My goal is to get to 160lbs. The only side effect is that I get dry mouth, so I constantly drinking water. I am 5'4 my start weight was 184. I have been on this med for 1 week and am down to 175. I keep track of my calories, do mini daily work outs at home and walk about 15-20 mins when ever possible. I am 5â??5â? 198 lbs. Iâ??ve been taking it for one month with no side effects which Is good BUT Iâ??ve only lost 3 pounds!!!! Whatâ??s wrong??? I am 33 year old male 5ft 10 inc starting weight was 236, started taking Phentermine 17 mg 12 days ago and already lost 21 pounds (215) my goal is to get to 185. The only side effect I have is dry mouth (so I am drinking upwords of 120 fl oz of water every day).
