    I went to the Urologist about BPH symptoms that were becoming bothersome-weak stream, incomplete bladder emptying, urgency, etc. I had a coupon for a free 30 day trial of CIALIS for daily use which I got filled and worked wonderfully for the BPH and ED, but the cost for refills of the drug was prohibitive as Catlyst RX didn't have that on their preferred drug list.     Yes this helps with urine flow, that is about it. Here is the amazing part. At the generic price of $204./30 days, the cost of the ingredient is.... $17.50 /mg $17500.00/gram $7,936,250.00/lb, yes folks almost 8 million dollars for a pound.     Flomax destroyed my sex life while I was taking it. NO Semen, NO Ejaculation, NO Orgasm, NO Sensation...NOTHING. Not taking it any more...LIFE IS TOO SHORT!!!

    I noticed relief with increased urine flow after a few days of use. After about two weeks I was back to the reduced flow before treatment. Now, after 4 weeks, my flow is worse than it was before I started treatment.
