I had some of the sexual dysfunctions as described in the side affects (unable to hold an erection and numbness to a point where I was unable to climax and ejaculate. I also experienced occasional dizziness and had difficulty exercising and maintaining my balance. I am a very active 54 year old male so these side affects were significant for me. My prostrate improved and urine flow was established

my father took one dose. next morning he fainted from a standing position. he is 83 years old. he said it made him very dizzy,then he fainted. not good.

Immediate problems with no ejaculation. I think the trial percentages have been compromised. I took 2 pills and immediately had retrograde ejaculation. It's more annoying and frustrating than I can describe. Because of it, you lose your desire to have sex. Very unsatisfying. After reading reviews, I think it's more likely that 50% of men are affected sexually by this drug. Not 19%.

after 2 weeks i woke up with some terrible back pains and couldn't get back to sleep. i quit the drug and am sleeping much better

Have had issues with afib. Have been problem free of it for a year. Two weeks after starting flomax pulse rate went up to 190. Went to emergency room. Two ekgs show that heart out of sinus rhythm. Going in tomorrow for a cardioaversion. Flomax is a terrible drug for ANYONE with heart rhythm problems!!!!!!!
