Easy to use just powder in water. But it didn’t work. I’m in so much pain I need to go try something else. I was so hopeful after reading the reviews here.

I get UTI every 2 years or so and was always prescribed Cipro for a 7 day regimen. This time the doctor suggested this "new" one dose medication. I am in Canada and a 1 dose of 3g of Monurol costs 21$ and only 4$ with insurance coverage. It is easy to prepare (just throw the contents of the packet in little water and drink it! My entire life I have been plagued with the worse UTI's. I am allergic to a long list of antibiotics. The doctor finally gave me a script of Monurol. I have never heard of it and said it has to be ordered. I was scared it would taste awful and not be enough. This medicine is a miracle drug. I have not felt this good in years, and been able to urinate with zero pain. I love it!

This was one of the worst UTI's I've ever had. It was so horrible that the pain would take my breath away - I felt like I was urinating glass shards & vinegar. I took the 3g single dose Sunday evening, and today (Tues evening) the burning has all but disappeared. I really feel for those of you in the US. Here in Canada, this costs $19.23 - which is actually on the pricey side for
