75mg twice a day, taken for 3 days now to relieve arthritis in my hands. So far the pain is lessened but not enough for me to say this is "the answer" to my arthritis. I do have a bit more gas though.

I have been taking this for nearly 10 years. My doctor checks my kidneys and liver quite often and so far, so good. I also have not had any stomach issues, either. Slight relief in knee pain, (waiting on Knee replacement, but because I am only 52, they want me to wait as long as possible.) MAJOR edema - to the point it was very concerning. Had to stop taking it.

Helped some with arthritis pain, but stomach discomfort was worse than the pain. Also, the warnings about possible liver and heart complications made me decide that this is not the type of pain "relief" for me.
