I was put on 100mg seroquel about a year ago for bipolar depression and severe anxiety. In the beginning it was fantastic. Helped my depression alot. But after a few months it started to change. My memory deteriorated very rapidly. I was always confused and lost slight motor skills, talking proper sentences and hand eye coordination became difficult. I became so scared. I didn't feel pain or h ... Show Full Comment

Seroquel did not help my depression, did not help me sleep better and did not help my appetite. What it did do is cause me to gain a ton of weight overnight. This medication simply did not work for me.

I have been taking this medication since 2001. I hate the weight gain, but it works well for my Bipolar. I went off of it for a while about a year ago. Not good. It does work for me, so I figure I've got 2 choices in life. Be fat and sane or skinny and crazy. I'll take sanity thanks.

I have been off this medication for years now. But I used it for 2.5 years from ages 15-17. It was horrible, but I was also misdiagnosed with Bipolar. It made me tired, cranky, nauseous and unable to eat for a month at a time, gave me headaches, and made me dizzy. There were plenty of times when I consumed huge amounts of alcohol and pot with Seroquel, which was never a good experience. Don't ... Show Full Comment

This drug has been my favourite that Iève taken, it helped me sleep tremendously and regulated my mood and anxiety wonderfully, I am no longer on it due to situational factors and honestly miss it.
