I've been on a few different BP meds and this one has worked the best for me. Within 2 days of starting it I've was running 120's/70's. I have not noticed any side effects besides light headedness standing up to fast. Every person is different it has taken 5-6 different BP meds to find one that has worked, so find one that works for you your health is worth it.
