Take for my spasticity. Drug worked great for a year then they increased it from 60mg per day to 70. Worked great for 6 months and it was increased to 80. Worked great for 3 months and increased to 90mg per day. Has stopped working and neither of us want to take more than the average dose of 80. Don't know what is next but that first year was great.

My daughter has had an implanted Baclofen pump for 14 years now-she just had it replaced because of the battery life was near the end-Doctor seen us on a Friday for a pump refill-and informed us the pump only had less than 30 days of battery life left-the Neuro Surgeon scheduled her Out Patient surgery for that following Tuesday-Everything went very well-spent a half a day there-between the drive

I have MS. spasms and muscle tenseness causes back pain. Baclofen has been more effective than other drugs including Tizanadine. I have had some dizziness related to the Baclofen
