I have been using 1 mg since my complete hysterectomy 12 years ago Yes of course you get hot flashes once in a while. But over all, it is great! I was off one month - night sweats, hot flashes, and a yeast infection Ran to my dr get me back on.

I had a total hysterectomy, removed everything, about a year ago. I was put on 1mg right after surgery. I think it did okay, haven't really noticed anything except maybe weight gain, but thought that was due to my age and lack of exercise.
