It tastes awful. I tried taking it ice cold mixed with gatorade and then Sprite. First bottle mixed took three tries to get it all down. Next morning took six attempts to drink it all. Nearly vomited each attempt. But, in the end it worked.

I used this as part of my 7-Day Cleanse every six months. I started in my twenties after having two children and have had no problems. I do not add water to the solution though because I already drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. I drink half a bottle in the morning, then I drink the remainder before bedtime.

    Comment:
I had to use this for colon testing along with Ducalax. I am also on MS contin for cronic back pain. Well after about 10 hrs it kicked in. The doctor said that due to the fact that I have a longer colon than the average person and the narcotic is why it took so long.
