Doctor instructed me to drink one 10 oz bottle the afternoon prior to a scheduled flex sigmoidoscopy. I can't imagine any doctor instructing a patient to drink two bottles, one sure did the trick for me! Bought the cherry flavor and refrigerated it. It really wasn't bad tasting, kind of lemony tasting and I tried to convince myself that it was a soft drink. Drank 1/2 with 8 oz of water, th

Works well and for me is more effective than any pill form of laxative and produces results quicker. The one thing that I strongly recommend is that you drink a minimum of 8 ounces of liquid after taking it (water works best) and I suggest that you drink more than that and drink at least 12 ounces (I usually double the recommended amount to 16 ounces). Recommendation #1 - get it cold, cold, cold - it helps. Recommendation #2 - hold your nose and chug it. It doesn't taste good, although the grape is probably the least-offensive flavor (basing that on Dimetapp

X-ray showed really plugged up. Dr. said take one bottle and it will clean me out. Took the bottle, nothing in 24 hours. Back to the Dr. - take another bottle. In the following 24 hours I had numerous small, liquid movements. Not sure if I was cleaned out. So it is now 5 days later, still very small, mostly liquid, movements and no regular movement. I had taken this before for colonoscopy w

I was backed up. I drank it according to the instructions and followed with a lot of water. Took a while to start, but once it did it didn't want to stop. It felt like liquid fire spraying from my butt - acidic really. It burned very badly! Would have rather stayed plugged up.
