Had chest pains. Went to er and found out I had a blocked intestine. Told about mag and bought the cherry flavor. Took half bottle with 16 oz water. It WORKS! Stools were soft not thin. Next day finished bottle. FINALLY thin stools and feeling CLEANED OUT! Recommend lots of water for a good job.

The liquid form is difficult for me due to the taste, but I have a very hard time with ALL liquid medications. The daily supplements are easier for me, but it's just another 2 pills to add to my handful a day that I already take. So as long as I don't forget my daily pills generally don't need the liquid.
