I have suffered with severe pain which doctor says is IBS. I started taking this medication along with another for chronic pain and it has been a godsend. I have not felt this good in a very long time. I take it immeditely before meals. I missed once and took it after eating and I didn't have any pain. I've been on it about 6 months and I love it.

I find the meds work fairly well but it has given me a severe backache. I got the same reaction when taking nexeum.
