I took 2 25mg pills as directed on the package and experienced osmotic diarrhea. I experienced bad stomach cramps as well, but they did work.

I used an imported Swiss version of this medication. Taking half dosing, once a day (8.5mg) I was able to combat the effects of a very long drive coupled with terrible food and environmental changes. I would say effects were quite efficient, and very satisfying.

Before going to bed, I took, as directed, three tablets of: "STOOL SOFTENER plus stimulant laxative (Docusate Sodium and Standardized Senna Concentrate)" two or three times a week for four months out of five, and had one serious side effect, one time: IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT.
