Comment:
Took it some time in the evening and i had my first bowel movement within half hour of taking it. Since then I've been in and out the toilet every half hour or so...except after I went to bed it woke me up twice in 4 hours but the bowel is definitely being emptied to the point that I may not be able to go to work today...3:57 am
