I take this medication with food and I agree with other posting, drink with milk. I feel so much better and drink lots of water. This is my third day and I feel like my old self again. :)

I just finished taking my 14 day treatment. The only side effect I had was the bad taste. What an awful taste. Seen chances in the first few days.

I have had cronic heartburn for over 10 years. The PrevPak is working so far. Bitter taste in my mouth but I found that Biotene Dry Mouthwash really helps!!! I hope my heartburn is gone forever!

Before I started taking this medication I was throwing up almost every night, since starting I have had a complete turn around. Although the first day is awful!!! I have only taken one dose of the 14 day prepak, and I have been sick in the stomach all day, I feel like I could vomit at any time. I also have a bad taste in my mouth. I pray this gets better because I need the healing of the meds, but I don't know if I can handle the sickness for 14 days. They should give you something for nausea when they prescribe this.
