i began taking a live form 4 days ago. it helps my mood swings and energy. i feel less foggy.it has also been seeming to help my 8 yr old son who has ADHD.

I love blue green algae. I took it when I was younger and I was diagnosed with ADD. It helped me to focus in school and not be so tired all the time. Due to expenses, we couldn't afford it. But I just started taking it a few days ago again, and I feel great!! I follow the directions and only take one a day, not 6 like the other reviewer.
