Been using it for migraines, very successful. I am sensitive to many medicines, but hardly side effects with this one. If I wait too long to take a pill for a migraine, I vomit. Other than that, most of the time I am able to be productive at work without the pain and other effects of a migraine!

I use this medication for migraine headaches and it usually works well. I don't take it often as I usually have these headaches only 3 or 4 times per month. I sometimes have to take 2 doses to get rid of a severe migraine and it works best if I also lie down in a quiet, darkened room (or cover my eyes with a damp cloth) and place ice packs on my forehead and neck.

I have taken ascomp with codeine since it gives me relief from suffering with a migraine that has lasted at times for 3 to 5 days in bed in darkness. Migraine if ever truly experienced can ruin everyday life. I do and I stress do not take other pain medications as any migraine sufferer knows you ca

Be careful as Ascomp w/codeine is stong and physically addicting. Also beware that many pharmacies confuse this med with it's non-narc counterpart, Fioricet. If you are a first timer - do a pill identifier (just google it) and make certain your pill is correct. This "error" occured with my last dose - although assured by the gum-smacking, 14-year pharmacy tech it was one in the sa
