I used it for a cyst in my breast, I had for 6 years. I have had it drained many times by a specialist and it kept coming back. It would flare up every month before my period. After I started taking evening primrose it has went away and I would tell anybody to take it.

I use this to combat bloating and breast tenderness due to PMS. I start using it a week before my period and stop once I start bleeding. It works great! It even got rid of my cramps and for some reason it makes me way hornier than I already am! I definitely recommend it if you experience bloating and breast tenderness.
