I used the roll on which is real easy, it help my shoulder, so i tried it on my neck, wrist and forearm and it burns real bad, i was able to wash it off my neck and it helped but for my arm and wrist it doesn't seem to help, they need to put on the label a way to get this stuff off fast and to neutralize it, still burning after 3 hours
