Applied to ankle and leg with hand. Burned my hand soooo bad. After a week or more, still scaley and burning.

URGENT ALERT TO ANYONE before using this cream for the first time: massage cream into a small area of skin, and wait 15 minutes before applying anywhere else to make certain you won't have an adverse reaction like I experienced - in my experience this stuff is almost poisonous. I'm waiting for the official word from my doctor (had an x-ray a couple of days ago) that my hip pain is, in fact, OA. I've used Capzasin-HP for three days now and it is working wonders. Yes, it does cause a burning sensation but nothing that drastic, IMHO. Plan on continuing to use it to alleviate my pain. I give it two thumbs up!

Worst burning sensation for a day and a half. Went into the shower to rinse it off and the burn intensified. Worst product I have every used.
