I agree with every other comment, and that would be I couldn't put my shoes on because it burned like you were pouring 350 degree cooking oil over them. I washed it off changed my socks and shoes and had to go back to work and lasted less than 45 min. before I ripped them off expecting to see burnt flesh. Experiment with very very small amounts or better yet take the $15.00 that I paid at wxlx

I used this cream 2 times during the afternoon.I awoke at 5 AM to a horrible burning to my neck! I immediately applied a cold wash cloth. It felt like someone put a heating pad on top of a sunburn!

I used this stuff on my wife and within minutes she was in bad pain from a burning sensation from the so called medicine . She had to wash the area with soap and water and put burn medicine on it . There should be a recall on it . She is still in pain .

I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. I have used Capzasin for the past week. Not only does it burn badly, but it is impossible to remove once it is applied. I have bathed, washed dishes multiple times and used a variety of cleaners to try to remove it. Nothing works. I use this cream faithfully when I get my arthritis pain in my back.It burns terribly but the pain from the burn takes away the arthritis pain & within a day or two I am fine. Always wear rubber gloves when applying this cream as you don't want to get this in your eyes as it burns.I have a high pain tolerance so keep this in mind when using.If you have a low pain tolerance I wouldnt recomm
